Trying to think of concrit...can't really, they're beautiful. ^^; *saves a whole bunch*
You mentioned a radioactive effect, though...I'm assuming that's in PSP, which isn't my program, but photographically, what does it do?

I use PS7. Um, I used a bunch of saturation layers to spiff up the dull colors...but when u use too much er.. you get like laser-like eyes and all. it gets really freaky lol.
