Lovely colouring work! *___* I've never been able to work up the courage to attempt that, eheh.
Photoshop is fabulous once you get over the trauma. The only thing I would mention as feedback - which you can ignore, because hey, I don't know you and my PS skills are kinda non-existant XD - is that sometimes the effects and brushes you used detract/are invasive to the actual image. Like in 16, personally I would either erase the parts of the brush that're covering Hikaru face a bit or use a different blend mode (or both). But that's personal preference, obviously! What brush did you use for the top part of 16, btw? It's really pretty.

Hehehhe as for comments on how I made them are v. welcome. I agree with you that most of the time the garnishes need to be obsessively managed so they will help the base image. You can use textures instead if brushes don't do the job. 16 was difficult because the picture was already colored and I wanted a sort of...watercolor bleeding something like that effect (with flowers). -_-" I hope you can catch my drift. No brushes were used just textures with diff blend modes. Set that flora texture to linear burn. Oh, it's from tragic_icons if you're interested.
Ooh, pretty! *clapclap* You really use brushes well...makes me wish my icon program supported brushes. XD
As for concrit, hmm...the only thing I recommend is borders on some of them, especially the types like 8, 12, 14, etc. (You have the right idea with 1-3.) Even a solid, 1px border of a complimentary colour can make an icon stand out, and these deserve to be outstanding! ^^; Also, sometimes a border around text that matches the background colour can make anti-aliasing look nicer, but sometimes not. I think you did that on 14, so...you're fine. XD
Most of the effects are produced by textures. Yes, even the light/shadow effects on hikaru and akira's faces because I'm terrible with painting shadows . The weirdly placed hearts and dots are the brushes. What icon program do you use? @_@?
Borders exist on 1-3 because frankly I'm at a loss on what to do with them the cleaned screencaps look weird without borders. I'm glad you think it looks good on the screencaps. ^_______^

Although my LJ's gone through some radical changes today, since I was adopting a new layout. My current layout wasn't made by me (I have the html skills, but completely lack the artistic ones), but was created by premade_ljs, where there are some really fabulous layouts.
